Josh Downham has 29 years of experience working with state and local governments, schools and non-profits to help them reach their public affairs and public policy goals.
During his professional career, Josh worked in state government, as a technology consultant, as a government relations consultant and as a school district employee. This range of experiences helps inform how Downham Consulting tailors solutions to meet clients’ needs.
